Project Requests

Whatever the nature of the project, users will need to be able to make requests and there should be a method for:

  • Designing the form to make requests ( these can be different from project to project)
  • Assign a workflow to a project request
  • Allow users to track their own requests and be aware of certain other requests from other users if that is appropriate for the project
  • Receive notification when the request is being managed ( assigned, resolved as a minimum )
  • Provide the functionality for the request owners to manage each issue.

Essentially this amounts to the provision of a bespoke ticketing  system for each project.
