Risk Management
Project issue management requires much of the same functionality as project requests, but address a subset of information specifically related to risks and issues within the project.
Relevant functionality would address the areas of :
- Logging issues and risks
- Tracking of issues status through workflows
- Workflows can have Service Level Agreements in terms of a response within an agreed time as a function of priority or severity of the risks
- Assignment of issues to individuals and groups
- Prioritize/rank issues
- Issue progress/updates history w/ status & time/author/date stamp
- Alert Routing - email notification of assignments and completion
- Field and item level security
- Customizable issue reporting forms
- Customizable and ad-hoc issues query and reporting
In general there is a need for Risk Reporting - at the project, programme and portfolio level and on executive dashboards.
