Risk Management

Project issue management requires much of the same functionality as project requests, but address a subset of information specifically related to risks and issues within the project.

Relevant functionality would address the areas of :

  • Logging issues and risks
  • Tracking of issues status through workflows
  • Workflows can have Service Level Agreements in terms of a response within an agreed time as a function of priority or severity of the risks
  • Assignment of issues to individuals and groups
  • Prioritize/rank issues
  • Issue progress/updates history w/ status & time/author/date stamp
  • Alert Routing - email notification of assignments and completion
  • Field and item level security
  • Customizable issue reporting forms
  • Customizable and ad-hoc issues query and reporting

In general there is a need for Risk Reporting - at the project, programme and portfolio level and on executive dashboards.
